This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 44300 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By accessing or using this platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all Terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or accessing the 44300 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have reached the minimum age required by the laws of your country or region of residence, whichever is higher. You also confirm that the use of online betting services is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.
44300 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure that user eligibility requirements are met. If it is found that information provided during registration was false or misleading, the platform reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account without prior notice and to freeze any existing balance until the investigation is concluded.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and the 44300 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 44300 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without compensation.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 44300 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Users are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, and payment details — is accurate and up to date. Inaccurate information may affect the verification process and fund withdrawals.
- Using another person's name or false information during registration is prohibited.
- The use of bots, automated software, or any other technological means to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Participating in any form of fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse is strictly prohibited.
- Users must notify any changes to their personal information through the designated support channels.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the 44300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, DuitNow, and internet banking with major Malaysian banks. 44300 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers during transaction processing.
Fund withdrawals are subject to identity verification and the fulfilment of any rollover requirements associated with active bonuses or promotions in the account. 44300 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify a user's identity before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding the specified limits.
44300 does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the account holder's name. Any deposit received from an unrecognised source may be returned or frozen while an investigation is carried out.
In cases where a technical error results in credits being incorrectly applied to a user's account, 44300 reserves the right to correct the error and deduct the excess amount from the account balance without requiring prior user consent.
Platform Usage Rules & Intellectual Property
The 44300 platform, including all content, designs, icons, text, images, source code, logos, and interface elements, is the exclusive property of 44300 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from 44300.
Users are permitted to access the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and may not use it for any other purpose, including but not limited to unauthorised data collection, reproduction of content for commercial purposes, or using the platform as a vehicle for financial fraud.
Any links to third-party websites or services that may appear on the 44300 platform do not imply that 44300 endorses or is responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Liability Limitations & Account Policy
44300 bears no liability for any financial losses incurred by users in connection with the use of the platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, service disruptions, technical errors beyond our control, or the actions of third parties. Online entertainment platforms carry inherent financial risk, and users are fully responsible for every betting decision they make.
44300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Failure to submit the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Account inactive beyond the specified period with no transactions.
- Receiving instructions from the relevant authorities.
When an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any unused bonus balance will be forfeited. Any legitimate cash balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to strict identity verification procedures.

44300 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should a resolution not be reached, the parties may refer the matter to an appropriate dispute resolution forum.
